Construction :-
Industrial Tray Drier having cross-directional
horizontal air-flow system by flange mounted motorized
fan for rapid drying of material kept inside. Inner
chamber made of MS and coated with heat resistive silver
paint or SS-304 (20G).
Temp Range :- Ambient to 250ºC.
Controls :-
Unit is controlled by microprocessor based auto-tune PID
controller with PT-100 sensor located at the top of
oven. Safety thermostat in series with digital
temperature controller given as a fail - safe.
Heater :-
Heater is of SS, finned, hot + cold zone type star
connection mode for 3ϕ and terminal taken out of oven
from the sides with proper cover for easy accessibility.
Air vent provided at the top of oven.
